We are currently recruiting for a **Teaching Assistant** to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in **Northfield, Birmingham (B31)**.
This is a full-time role starting in **September ******, supporting teaching and learning across **Years 3 and 4.**
**About the Role**:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support whole-class teaching and learning across Year 3 and Year 4.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality and engaging lessons.
- Prepare materials and resources to ensure smooth and effective lesson delivery.
- Help ensure that learning is accessible and inclusive for all pupils.
- Provide in-class support to pupils with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and non-verbal communication needs.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Has classroom-based experience within a primary school setting.




- Has a sound understanding of the early Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Is confident delivering small group interventions in reading, writing, and maths.
- Has experience supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and non-verbal pupils.
- Brings a patient, adaptable and positive approach to supporting all learners.
