At **Blackwood Administrative Solutions**, we are growing and looking for a proactive **Accounting Assistant** who is eager to develop professionally within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
**Position Overview**:
The **Accounting Assistant** will work closely with our Assistant Manager, providing support in day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize financial files and documentation.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reports.
- Support general administrative tasks within the department.
- Coordinate and follow up on pending items related to accounting.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- **
English proficiency: C1 level (mandatory).
**:
- Experience or familiarity with **QuickBooks.
**:
- Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with office tools.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- Basic knowledge of general accounting and administrative processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
