As part of Mexico's business development organization, the **Portfolio Development Trainee** must drive the pilots and cases creation of assigned product domains to accelerate the portfolio positioning.
**What are the requirements?
**
- Recently graduated (no more than one year) with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
- Advanced English level skills.




- Proficiency in creating presentations
- Ability to align with mid/upper-level management and technical users
- Collaborate and drive results with diverse teams across multiple internal and external organizations
- Ability and willingness to travel
**Working Conditions**:
- Fixed -Term Contract for 18 Months
- Hybrid model - Mexico City Office
