We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our events team.
If you have experience in creating event quotes, managing logistics, and working directly with clients to bring unforgettable events to life, this is your opportunity.
You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination from proposal to execution, while building strong relationships with both clients and vendors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and present detailed event proposals and budgets to clients.
- Create accurate event quotations, including follow-up and closing of sales.
- Maintain continuous communication and support for clients during the event planning process and execution.
- Schedule and coordinate supplier payments.
- Develop comprehensive minute-by-minute event programs.
- Select and quote venues that align with the event's needs and client expectations.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Supervise and follow up on event logistics and operations.




- Ensure ongoing collaboration and alignment with internal departments.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields).
- Experience: 1-2 years in Account Executive or Event Planning roles.
- Strong skills in event quotation and budget preparation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (6 months to 1 year of experience).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced English proficiency - both written and spoken.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Saturday: 09:30 AM - 01:30 PM
