- Coordination and follow up of all Plant and Logistics Improvement projects in Mexico.
- Reporting of benefits obtained from start-up to implementation of the project portfolio
- Communication to sites (Plant Managers, Supply Chain management, Procurement)
- Application of 5 "s" events Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, SMED, DMAIC
Desirable: TPM
Work area: Lerma plant/Cuautitlan plant
