Huawei Technologies de México is looking for a Contract and Commercial Specialist to take responsibility for the elaboration, revision, and negotiation of telecommunications contracts and legal documents, ensuring business objectives and compliance baselines are met.

Key Job Functions

• Contract Drafting & Legal Support: Draft, review, and refine telecommunications contracts and operational legal documents in close collaboration with the Sales and CNBG teams.

• Risk Identification & Mitigation: Detect legal and commercial risks within contracts or proposals, developing targeted mitigation plans to safeguard business operations.

• Client Interaction & Negotiation: Engage directly with customers, leveraging strong negotiation, communication, and real-time problem-solving skills to protect company interests.

• Reporting & Baseline Analysis: Interpret corporate baselines and prepare regular internal reporting, database tracking, and commercial analysis for the department.

• Process Alignment: Ensure strict compliance with general HQ processes, internal procedures, and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience:



1 to 2 years of proven experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (telecommunications or technology sector preferred; experience in a Chinese multinational company is a plus).

• Language: Advanced / Fluent English proficiency for fast, clear verbal and written communication.

• Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, improvisational, and analytical capabilities; high sense of urgency, proactivity, and adaptability to fast-paced, cross-cultural business environments.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic database/report management.

Work Location: Santa Fe, CDMX (We have transportation services in some points)
