This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales of robotics products in the northern region of Mexico, aligned with our strategic goals.
You'll play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
General relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
This role contributes to the Robotics Business Unit in Northern Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery timelines, payment terms, and general conditions, in alignment with ABB's offerings and strategy.




- Execute efficient marketing activities and clearly communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the assigned region.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the sales process and support cash collection and project management when required.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial robotics sales and/or automation project sales.
- Knowledge of control systems implementation and industrial safety.
- Willingness to travel.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in project management for automation projects is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree completed.
