We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help shape and scale our talent agenda across the region while partnering with global stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years leading recruiting teams
✅ Proven experience supporting Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or large-scale global hiring initiatives
✅ Background working with a global consumer brand
✅ Ability to build trusted partnerships with integral business leaders, HR teams, and local stakeholders
✅ Advanced English proficiency ( C2 level )
