ABA Case Manager Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
Location: Remote
Pay: $1200-1400 USD per month

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, highly organized, and proactive ABA Case Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our families and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role is essential in ensuring every family has an exceptional experience while supporting our clinical team in delivering outstanding care.
The adecuado candidate is an excellent communicator who takes ownership, anticipates problems before they arise, and understands that every interaction reflects the company's reputation. You will build strong relationships with families, coordinate with RBTs, and ensure that everyone feels supported throughout the therapy process.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and caregivers, providing timely, professional, and empathetic communication.
Maintain regular check-ins with families to ensure satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
Support and communicate with RBTs to ensure they have the resources and information needed to succeed.




Act as the liaison between families, RBTs, and the clinical team.
Resolve concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive experience for all parties.
Monitor ongoing cases to ensure services are running smoothly and identify potential issues before they escalate.
Maintain accurate documentation of communications and case updates.
Help create a welcoming, supportive, and professional experience that reflects the company's values and commitment to quality care.
Qualifications
Previous experience in ABA, healthcare, case management, customer service, or client relations preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Highly proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
Professional, compassionate, and relationship-driven.
Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
