If you have experience working with invoicing, payment follow-up, reconciliations, and enjoy interacting with clients in English, we'd like to hear from you.Key responsibilities:Prepare and issue customer invoices.Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments.Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end activities.Ensure compliance with electronic invoicing and internal accounting procedures.Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing or General Accounting.Experience with reconciliations, collections and customer account management.ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiency.Advanced English (business communication required).
Availability to work on-site in Cuauhtémoc, CDMX.
