Role Description This full-time Cleaner role is an on-site position based in the Xalapa Metropolitan Area. The Cleaner will maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace by performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing offices, common areas, restrooms, and break rooms. Responsibilities include emptying trash containers, restocking supplies, cleaning windows and surfaces, and ensuring that all areas meet hygiene and safety standards. The Cleaner will follow established cleaning schedules, use appropriate cleaning products and equipment, and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues.



Collaboration with other staff and adherence to health and safety guidelines are essential to the role.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in commercial or office cleaning, including floor care, restroom cleaning, and surface sanitization
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with attention to workplace health and safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions, work from checklists, and complete tasks with consistency and attention to detail
- Good time management skills and reliability in maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and respect for confidential workspaces and equipment
- Basic communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members; ability to report issues clearly
- Previous experience in office, educational, or commercial facilities is an asset; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
