Bilingual Virtual Customer Service Representative – English & Spanish

Cali-Fast Insurance is looking for top-level bilingual customer service representatives who are fluent in both English and Spanish.

This is a work-from-home virtual assistant position. You must have your own reliable laptop, stable high-speed internet, a quiet professional workspace, and the ability to work remotely without distractions.

Excellent English is required. You must be able to speak, write, text, and email professionally and clearly in English. You must also be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, responding to emails and text messages, entering customer information accurately, assisting with customer questions and concerns, updating records, and transferring calls to the appropriate team member.

We are looking for reliable, professional, confident, and detail-oriented candidates who can provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers in the United States.

This is a long-term remote opportunity with a growing California insurance agency.

Pay: $10,770.46 - $21,994.33 per month
