We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to support the accounting operations of a diverse portfolio of clients. This position is responsible for managing the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Experience performing General Ledger coding and reconciliations.
- Experience with month-end close procedures.
- Strong bank and account reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- Data filtering
- Basic financial analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.





KEY RESPONSABILITIES

- Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple clients.
- Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Perform month-end close activities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Complete bank, vendor, credit card, investment, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and outstanding transactions.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) using QuickBooks Online and AP software.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Support audit requests and provide accounting documentation when required.
- Work directly with clients and internal accounting teams to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes through technology and automation.

Pay: $29,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month
