Senior Pega Developer – Remote

We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer to participate in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions using Pega. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that requires collaboration with international architecture, business, QA, DevOps, and production support teams.

Work arrangement: 100% remote within Mexico
Compensation: Open to candidates’ salary expectations based on experience and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Pega applications for case management and process automation.
- Configure case types, flows, data pages, activities, data transforms, decision rules, sections, harnesses, and reports.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, connectors, and services.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, defect resolution, and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and development best practices.
- Support deployment planning and releases across multiple environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.

Required Qualifications

- 6–9 years of hands-on Pega development experience.




- Strong proficiency in Pega PRPC.
- Experience with case management, workflows, user interfaces, business rules, and data modeling.
- Proven experience developing and implementing integrations.
- Ability to design scalable, high-performance technical solutions.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Technical leadership, code review, and mentoring experience.
- Advanced English proficiency for collaboration with international teams.
- Residence and authorization to work in Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

- Pega CSA, CPSSA, or CPLSA certification.
- Experience with Pega guardrails and design patterns.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture standards.
- Experience with deployment and release planning.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders.
