Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team in Mexico. This is a fully remote position responsible for supporting the company's accounting operations, including accounting entries, invoice processing, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping activities.

The adecuado candidate has experience working in an accounting firm (despacho contable), is comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and possesses strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and record daily accounting entries.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and documentation.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Review financial information for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with tax and accounting documentation as required.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.




- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding accounting matters.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequired

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
- Previous experience working in an accounting firm (despacho contable)

Experience with:

- Accounting entries (journal entries)
- Invoice processing
- Account reconciliations
- General bookkeeping
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25,000.00 per month
