- Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Financial Control

Budget Formulation: Collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing & Branding (M&B;), and Finance departments to develop and finalize annual budgets.

Monthly Reviews: Facilitate monthly review meetings to track budget progress and ensure alignment with activity schedules.

Budgetary Control: Manage, allocate, and report on the utilization of corporate branding and marketing budgets.

PSI & Profitability Management

Inventory Optimization: Optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while maintaining maximum profitability.

PSI Management: Oversee and manage unit-level PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory).

PSI Committee Reporting: Organize regular PSI meetings and present outcomes and forecasts to Executive Committee members.

Pricing Strategy: Propose product pricing strategies to the Executive Committee, balancing market competitiveness and profit margins.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Decision Support:



Conduct data-driven market analysis to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Market Demand Assessment: Gather and analyze total and regional market demand to generate comprehensive monthly market overview reports.

Management Reporting: Prepare executive management reports and monthly business updates to explain the current status to relevant subsidiaries.

Team Management & Performance Evaluation

Team Leadership: Manage team performance, professional development, and department operational expenses (OpEx).

ROI & Effectiveness Analysis: Conduct post-activity analyses to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of various business initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Manager: 5 years (Required)
- Finance : 10 years (Preferred)
- Business Planning: 5 years (Required)
