Role Description The GERENTE DE VENTAS is a full-time, on-site role located in Chihuahua, CHH, responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for Autofletes Chihuahua. This role oversees day-to-day sales operations, including managing the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent customer follow-up.
The Sales Manager develops business plans, identifies new market opportunities, and maintains strong relationships with existing clients to grow revenue and market share. Daily tasks include coordinating with operations for service delivery, preparing sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing improvements to processes and service quality.





The role collaborates closely with leadership to align sales initiatives with company objectives and ensures that all customer interactions reflect the company’s standards of professionalism and service.

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, performance indicators, and market trends for informed decision-making.
Demonstrated experience in Business Planning, including setting sales objectives, creating strategies, and managing budgets.
Hands-on experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization.
Previous leadership experience in sales or account management, preferably within transportation, logistics, or related industries.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Professional level Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage for working with diverse clients and partners.
