**Responsibilities**:
- Create promotional visuals and promo banners for different formats
- Prepare adaptations and resizes based on existing visual concepts
- Work with composition, lighting, materials, and rendering to create polished visuals
- Perform retouching, compositing, and color correction in Photoshop
- Combine 3D renders, stock assets, and graphic elements into cohesive promotional designs
- Maintain visual consistency across all promotional materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders, graphic designers,



and motion designers on daily design tasks
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or visual designer
- Strong Photoshop skills for retouching, compositing, and color correction
- Ability to create clean and polished promotional visuals based on briefs and references
- Experience with adaptations and resizes for different formats and platforms
- Ability to work with existing brand guidelines and visual styles
- Basic experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software would be a plus
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience working with marketing or creative agencies
- Familiarity with AI-assisted visual production tools
- Experience in the gambling, betting, or gaming industry.
