- Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products.
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The incumbent will perform a wide range of accounting and administrative duties to support the accounting department.
- **What you will do**:
- Responsibility
- Work tasks and content:
l Ensures timely and accurate processing of incoming payments; receives, verifies,
and posts accounts receivable invoices into accounting system.
l Interacts with Customer Sales Representative when processing a resolution
of account discrepancies.
l Process ModelN creation and update requests.
l Checks, validates and processes Ship and Debit claims and reclaims.
l Process credit requests, reclaims, invoice extensions, inventory adjustment errors as requested.
l Verifies budget monitoring, reclaims for customer accounts, inventory adjustment errors.
l Monitors past dues for reporting to AR insurance.
l Maintains accounting department files and records.
l Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying,
faxing, typing,
and mailing.
l Assists with special accounting projects as needed.
l Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one-year related
experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience (Must)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AR, GL or partial / full sets
- Knowledge (Must)

Abilities/Qualities
- 10-key by touch.
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Proficient and knowledge of word processing software and spreadsheet software
basic algebra.
