We're hiring: Senior Media Buyer (Mexico Market) — Credy Credy is scaling a performance-driven lead generation operation for financial institutions across Mexico.We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer to own paid acquisition end-to-end — strategy, budget, creative testing, and funnel optimization.This isn't a "run someone else's playbook" role.You'll build the media buying function from the ground up.

What you'll do ▪️ Plan, launch & optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok & programmatic ▪️ Own budget allocation and pacing ▪️ Run structured A/B tests on creative, audience & offer to drive down CPL/CPA ▪️ Analyze funnel performance from click → qualified lead → conversion ▪️ Negotiate with ad platform reps as spend scales ▪️ Mentor & eventually manage junior media buyers ▪️ Report to leadership with real insights, not just dashboards ✅ What we're looking for ▪️ 4+ years hands-on media buying, ideally in lead gen (financial services or another regulated/high-CPL vertical) ▪️ Deep platform expertise:



Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads minimum; TikTok, programmatic or native a plus ▪️ Fluent in CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV — comfortable making budget calls based on the numbers ▪️ Experience buying media in Mexico or broader LatAm ▪️ Professional English ▪️ Strong analytical instincts — spreadsheet as comfortable as ads dashboard ▪️ A builder's mindset ⭐ Nice to have ▪️ Fintech / lending experience ▪️ Attribution modeling & multi-touch funnels ▪️ Experience managing a small team or agency of buyers ▪️ Fluent Spanish ?
