Job Title: Recruiter 3 days Hybrid office in Guadalajara 2-5 years of experience Long term Contract to hire Hourly pay rate Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding while partnering with hiring managers to fulfill technical hiring needs across LATAM predominantly in Mexico.Responsibilities: - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful onboarding.
