Title: Change Management & Communications Coordinator Contract Length: through end of **** (opportunity for conversion to permanent employee) Location: Remote (sourcing out of Guadalajara, Mexico) Job Overview: We are seeking a Change Management & Communications Coordinator to support enterprise-wide People & Culture initiatives through strategic communications, change management, and employee engagement efforts.This individual will create communication plans, executive presentations, employee messaging, toolkits, and adoption materials that help leaders and employees successfully navigate organizational change.The idóneo candidate combines strong communication skills with change management experience and is passionate about driving employee understanding, engagement, and adoption across People & Culture programs.Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Create communication plans, toolkits, presentations, templates, and implementation resources - Develop employee-facing communications supporting People & Culture initiatives - Draft executive messaging, leader communications, newsletters,



and email campaigns - Create change management materials to support adoption and engagement - Build communication strategies for program launches and organizational initiatives - Partner with HR and business leaders on communication needs - Support rollout of employee engagement and culture initiatives - Gather feedback and measure communication effectiveness - Create executive presentations and leadership-ready materials - Recommend improvements to communication strategies and adoption plans Must Haves: - 2+ years of experience in Change Management, Internal Communications, Employee Communications, HR Programs, Organizational Development, or related experience - Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills - Experience creating communication plans, toolkits, guides, presentations, and employee communications - Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and program rollouts - Experience developing executive-ready communication materials - Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and ChatGPT - Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills - Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable communications Plusses: - Experience supporting Culture & Engagement initiatives - Experience working within HR or People & Culture organizations - Exposure to formal change management methodologies - Experience creating employee communication campaigns - Experience supporting organizational transformations - Experience creating newsletters, email campaigns, and executive messaging - Experience gathering employee feedback and engagement insights
