The Demand Planner is responsible for ensuring supply alignment to meet customer demand while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
This role serves as the primary planning interface across cross-functional teams, driving forecast accuracy, optimizing supply utilization, and supporting business growth through data-driven planning processes.
What will you do?
• Challenge and validate commercial assumptions through trend analysis, historical performance, market insights, and demand signals.
• Promote a One Number culture through the adoption of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) best practices and data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor and improve key planning KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Fill Rate, Inventory Health, Excess
