**In your future role as General Sales Coordinator you will**:
- Develop existing business relationships and manage pricing effectively.
- Expand customer base through prospecting and technical sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Create and execute annual sales plans aligned with company strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet budgetary goals.
- Conduct regular customer calls and follow up on leads promptly.
**We believe you bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- ** Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.**:
- Sales or account management experience, preferably in the polymer industry.
- Proficiency in cold calling and client engagement.
- Strong technical understanding of polymer and specialty chemicals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.




- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Proficient in market analysis and feedback provision.
- Effective customer relationship management and complaint resolution.
- Results-oriented with the capability to meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
