**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate HR data and establish critical metrics to evaluate and be responsible for HR performance in areas including talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead HR projects, ensuring timely completion and consistency to project goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and standard processes in HR analytics and digital HR tools.
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR reports and Power BI dashboards using digital tools and software.
- Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in HR analytics, digital tools, and technology to find opportunities for process improvement and automation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a similar role. You should also have a consistent track record of leading HR projects and using digital tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, prioritize, analyze, and interpret HR data.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, lead timelines, and deliver results.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Experience with HR information systems and digital tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated HR data to partners.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced and vibrant environment.
- Collaboration and partnership skills.
- Portuguese would be an advantage.
- English advanced level.
