**How will you make an impact in this role?**-
**Responsibilities**:
- Offer & Contract Process
- Provide timely updates to internal & external stakeholders as required
- Ensure data integrity and compliance in all activities:
- Scanning and uploading supporting documentation, and maintaining data in a compliant and timely manner
- Support additional Recruitment Operations activities, including other market support, as needed
- Contribute to ad hoc Colleague Services & CEG projects of interest
**Minimum Qualifications**




- 0-2 preferred years’ experience in administrative, HR, or any other relevant experience
- Excellent attention to detail with a proven ability to problem solve
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Taleo preferr
- Ability to perform administrative activities (e.g. document management)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in English (speak/read/write)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- For roles we will hire to support primarily US we will require stronger language as it relates to English capability.
