**Qualifications**
- ** Must **be proficient in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
- ** Must **be able to work effectively within a team and independently. (Ability to work independently and to prioritize and manage multiple projects.)
- ** Must **have computer proficiency and the ability to learn and work with software that manages customer information.
- ** Must **have strong critical thinking skills to analyze situations, assess options,



and make informed decisions based on logic and reasoning.
- ** Preferred **experience in customer service.
- ** Does NOT** need to know the healthcare credentialing space. We will train and develop this skill set.
- ** Does NOT** need previous work experience (new grads welcome!).
