We are looking for**:Logistics Manager | Palacios and Sons**
**Position Mission**:
Lead logistics team, plan the demand and oversees the flow of products from manufacturing to the end customer. Coordinating operations, such as demand, shipping, and warehousing, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and Manage Sales and Operations forecast process. Compile all the demand forcaste from the sales areas. Coordinate with all suppliers the adequate demand of product need for customers. Continues improvement process to reduce inventories in warehouses.
- Lead and Coordinate Lead logistics team and coordinating shipping. Manage the shipment of 120 trucks per month ensuring proper handling and product quality standards are met. Meets all safety regulations.



Continuous Improvement in the shipping process reducing the touch points in 3rd warehouse by shipping direct manufacturing to end customer. Improve the Communications process with Customers and Sales department.
- Manage The flow of products from manufacturing to the end customer. Manage the relation with 3PL warehouses and ensure adequate space for our products. Manage the relationship and supply with carriers and ensure adequate supply at best rates. Manage the relation with customers.
- Audit Inventories and creates invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy. Together with Finance audits inventories from warehouses creates invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy.
**Position Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Minimum Bachelor - Desire Masters
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business Degree, Management Degree, Industrial Engineer
Languages:
- Spanish - Expert (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- English - Expert (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
