The purchasing position is a key player in the operation of the company, supporting the coordination and management of component purchases for projects, products and services for the proper functioning of operational and administrative activities. This position requires making investigations, comparing prices, and keeping a constant link with suppliers to assure that the best possible deal is obtained.
**Primary tasks and responsibilities are as follows; however, this is not to be considered all-inclusive**:
1.Request offers with the existing suppliers base, at least 3x per product to compare prices.
2.Purchase requisitions, purchase orders and delivery tracking.
3.Strong negotiation skills (Price, credits, payment terms).
4.Support incoming material activities and inventory change.
5.Maintain string relation with suppliers.
6.Maintain the budget assigned for every project.
7.Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and milling components.
8.Negotiate and align global agreements with other sister companies.

English Cambrige level due to negotiations / Dynamic and self-driven, self-taught and ability to investigate and find solutions to complex and technical challenges.

Educated and respectful to other members of the team and customers at all times.
Efficient handling basic computer software as MS Office.
