What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and process payroll.- Record and verify payroll data.- Update employee information and attendance records.- Distribute digital payrolls and handle payroll-related inquiries.- Ensure compliance with procedures and safety protocols.- Address employee grievances and follow up on payroll issues.- Participate in compliance and environmental activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma, technical career,



or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources (Payroll).- Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, severance, bonuses, etc.- Proficiency in TRESS system.- Familiarity with SUA.- Understanding labor laws, benefits, and compensations.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.- Experience with specific software, tools, or methodologies related to payroll.- Professional English Skills
