**Sr. Materials Planner**
**Automotive Metal-Mechanical Manufacturing**
**Location: Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, enjoys working across departments, and has a strong background in purchasing, logistics, and materials planning—particularly with international suppliers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead supply-side replenishment efforts by running MRP and related reports to ensure material availability.
- Generate and manage purchase orders through our ERP system.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery from both local and overseas suppliers, with a key focus on Asia-based vendors.
- Coordinate expedited and priority orders as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage logistics with external processing vendors and internal departments.
- Support new product launches and end-of-life processes by acting as the main point of contact between Account Managers and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For:




- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and logistics.
- Proven track record working with Asian suppliers.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical mindset with great negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
