**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the talent acquisition processes assigned by the supervisor ensuring the attraction of talent and compliance with established policies in order to ensure the availability of personnel, as required by Corporate, One Mexico and HR.
- Manage the employee life process, hiring, induction, evaluation and/or terminations of Corporate, One Mexico and HR personnel.
- Support in Business Case processes as required by corporate, One Mexico and HR leaders. Support with the implementation of HR related projects with the different areas of the company.
- Collaborate in the creation, implementation of policies and procedures required in the implementation of projects at Mexico level.
- Execution and follow up of the ESG/DEI related activities calendar with the Mexico sites.




- Responsible for the execution of donations in Medline Mexico according to established guidelines and policies.
- Support with documentation control of specific projects or activities derived from corporate initiatives for HR Mexico.
- Advise and support all employees with respect to all HR Mexico processes.
- Support GPTW initiatives for Reciente Laredo and Mexicali sites.
