- ead Design and Release of Thermal Systems (Climate Systems / Cooling Systems) that meet or exceed Quality, Cost, Weight, and Functional requirements D
- evelop robust commodity workplans to support program timing and deliverables as per GPDS disciplines.

- oordinate with interfacing activities such as PMT/ PAT, Purchasing, Engine, Vehicle Engineering, NVH, HPUT, Calibration, STA and Body Engineering to drive compatible/optimal designs that meet QCWF targets G
- ood working knowledge of key Thermal System components
- Condensers, Compressors, HVAC, A/C Lines, Cooling Fans, Radiator, Hoses, Engine and Transmission Oil Coolers. L
- ead and manage all DV testing M
- anage design development through leadership of CPMT meetings, design reviews, drive for commonization, meeting GPDS milestones and management of supplier(s) D
- ocument design, development and signoffs M
- anage APQP/ PSW process to achieve a flawless launch L
