In this fast-moving, full-time role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for key roles across logistics, customer service, and back-office functions. ***What You’ll Do**:
- Own the recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles in operations and support
- Maintain structured pipelines and hiring reports through our ATS
- Partner closely with hiring leads to forecast needs and refine hiring strategies
***What You Bring**:




- 2-3+ years of high-volume recruiting or agency staffing experience
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems and tools like Workable, Lever, or Greenhouse
- Experience hiring in fast-scaling environments
- Available to work PST or EST hours in a fully remote team
