Functions and Responsibilities
Coordinate the processes of importing and exporting goods.
Maintain close communication with customs agents, carriers, and other parties involved in foreign trade operations.
Carry out the monitoring and control of the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with dates and the accurate documentation required.
Lead import and export operations ensuring compliance with what is indicated in the company's quality systems.
Ensure the accurate classification of materials and products both for import and export in accordance with customs legislation.
Support in the acquisition processes of comparator drugs for clinical studies.
Prepare reports required by clients and/or the company.
Assist in carrying out procedures before government agencies (COFEPRIS).
Training on the company's systems and/or tools that enable compliance.
