Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Juarez South Site.
The Warehouse Supervisor role involves accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
What a typical day looks like:
- Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
- Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
- Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
- Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
- Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.




- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
- Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related.
- Experience in personnel and warehouse management
- Knowledge of WMS (Atlas)
- Experience in inventory analysis
- Intermediate Excel (System Comparisons)
- Knowledge of ERP (Baan)
- Planning of transport flows between plants
- Knowledge of metal loading methodology (Coils & Plates)
- Shift Availability
- Availability to go to the different warehouses outside the plant
- Organized
- Negotiation Skills
- Disciplined
