**The Opportunity**
Lead a functional work team within General Accounting (GA) in CSS Finance focused on the complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting transactions. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and country front office in line with Group standards and best practices and Responsible for compiling local statutory GAAP books, and other local reporting
**How you´ll made an impact**
- Lead, motivate and develop Financial Reporting Team
- People manager, including staffing & selection, integration, facilitating technical/functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback, counselling and coaching as needed
- Collaborate closely with General Accounting Delivery Manager




- Ensuring compliance with Group and Statutory standards, regulations and guidelines local GAAP and IFRS accounting policies.
- Oversee a portion of the month end close process for Financial Accounting
**Your Background**
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting or other business discipline. Master’s degree a plus
- 7+ years GA experience in a multi-state, multiple legal entity environment preferred. Experience in Financial Accounting is a strong plus and 3 years in leadership function
- Thorough understanding of internal controls and general accounting process
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Working experience in BPO and CSS environment
