**The position**
As an Operations Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Lead and coordinate operational projects, communications, and events for the CDSE GBS Mexico City team under the Strategic Advisor’s guidance.
- Prepare for executive-level engagements: support meeting planning, take and distribute minutes, follow up on inquiries, and handle formal communications.
- Manage month-end reporting: consolidate CDSE status against objectives and compile leadership team updates for the Vice President.
- Maintain internal systems: oversee the CDSE SharePoint site, organisational charts, and help deploy tools/processes to streamline operations and scale project management.
- Work closely with the Strategic Advisor on cross-functional strategic planning, organisational development, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate departmental activities and cultural events, ensuring strategic objectives are clearly communicated and understood across the team.
**Qualifications**
**Must have**:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., PMBOK, agile frameworks).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with solid formatting and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time-management, organisation, and ability to collaborate across functions as well as fluency in English.
**Nice to have**:




- Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with organisational development and change management practices.
