At Regal Rexnord, we’re looking for a talented _Fulfillment Supervisor_ to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and perform efficiently shipping and receiving daily plan in all business areas in MTY DC, by creating a high-performance environment with direct reports and teams.
- Complete all receipts identified in daily plan to ensure material on hand for next steps in warehousing processes by completing unloads and put away on time follow safety procedures and ensure inventory accuracy by completing audits and Oracle transactions on time.
- Complete all Shipments identified in daily plan to satisfy customer daily requirements in Open order or pick batch report by completing on time all picking transactions, shipping audits, trailer loads and CTPAT procedures.
- Lead and participate in safety, health and environment activities in building, team members and any external member inside the building to ensure a world class work area. Following and completing activities based on RRX and government Safety standards.
- Leading inventory accuracy in all Warehouse areas activities to achieve KPIs required by finance corporate such as: SKU counted,



Net adjustments, Adjustment approvals, Physical inventory leadership and owner role.
Requirements:
- Required experience, At least 3 years in Warehouse Operations
- Educational background: Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Transportation Engineering, International Business or Trade, etc.
- Oracle experience
- Data Driven, Self-Directed, Analytical Skills, Strong communication skills, Strong knowledge of cycle counts, physical inventory and transaction inventory analysis.
