Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactiveGoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support across their marketing systems and online communities. This role is idóneo for someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable troubleshooting issues across CRM platforms, Discord communities, automation tools, and landing pages. You will support the team by maintaining system functionality, resolving technical issues, monitoring automations, and assisting with campaign launches.

Schedule

- Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Daily Operations & Tech Support:Act as the primary point of contact for basic tech support and internal technical requests. Manage and administer Google Workspace efficiently.
- Data & Reporting:Pull data across various business systems and create accurate, easy-to-read performance dashboards.
- Automations & Workflow Management:Build, monitor, and troubleshoot workflows using Zapier, AI automation tools, and CRM platforms. Monitor email and SMS automation workflows for delivery failures, broken triggers, and bounce issues.
- Troubleshooting:Resolve technical issues reported by creators, coaches, and business partners within scope, possessing the strong problem-solving skills needed to escalate complex issues effectively.
- System & Campaign Optimization:Assist with technical setup for product launches, bootcamps, challenges, and marketing campaigns. Test checkout pages, payment links, affiliate links, and tracking URLs to ensure proper functionality.
- Platform Maintenance (Preferred):Troubleshoot and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM systems.



Provide support for Whop and Discord servers (bot errors, permission issues, channel management) as needed.
- Project-Based Support:Publish and update landing pages (text, images, layout changes). Create and maintain checkout links, affiliate links, and campaign tracking links.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace management and general administration.
- Proven experience building and troubleshooting workflows usingZapier and AI automation tools.
- Strong basic tech support and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability topull data and create dashboardsfor reporting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and admin-focused approach to daily tasks.
- Clear, direct, and excellent communicator(written and verbal English) who can explain technical concepts simply.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Highly Preferred: Strong experience with CRM platforms, specifically GoHighLevel (GHL), and related automation support.
- Familiarity withDiscord administration, including channels, permissions, bots, and community management.
- BasicHTML/CSSknowledge, specifically for landing page deployment and updates.
- Experience with Whop, Make, or similar platforms.
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and payment/check-out systems.
- Previous experience supporting creators, coaches, or online education businesses.
