**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
Serve as a strategic liaison between the Information Technology (IT) department and various business units, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both business and technology processes, as well as strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive initiatives that create value for the company.
**EXPERIENCE**
- B. Sc. degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, IT stakeholder management, or similar roles
- Solid project management experience (mandatory)
- Experience or familiarity with IT projects, ideally involving SAP
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills




- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required
- Willingness and ability to commute to the workplace located in Cuajimalpa, Estado de México
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional IT specifications
- Coordinate and follow up on IT projects
- Support change management and the adoption of new systems

**SELECTION PROCESS**:
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
