Key Responsabilities:
Maintain ledgers for account payable/receivable, payroll, expenses, and bank reconciliation using Mexican accounting software (e.g., CONTPAQI, ASPEL).
Prepare documentation for tax audits (e.g. invoices, payroll records, transaction proofs).
Generate, validate,



and archive digital tax invoices (CFDI) compliant with SAT rules. Resolve invoice rejection errors.
Calculate salaries, benefits, and deductions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR) adhering to Mexican labor laws.
