**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interpret 2D and 3D drawings for harnesses and other electronic components.
- Review and analyze Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure accurate quoting and production planning.
- Accurately calculate labor costs and time estimates for harness manufacturing.
- Create and maintain budgets for projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
- Develop and submit detailed quotations, ensuring they meet customer specifications and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine production processes and cost-saving opportunities.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, cost estimation, and financial tracking.
- Use AutoCAD to create, modify, and interpret technical drawings as part of the quotation process.
**Qualifications**:
- Extensive experience in the electronics industry, with a focus on harness manufacturing and related components.




- Proficiency in interpreting 2D and 3D technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of Bills of Materials (BOM) and labor calculations.
- Experience in budgeting and cost estimation for manufacturing projects.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formula creation, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing interpretation and design adjustments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (100% English is required due to our USA-based customers).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams.
