What You Will Do
Own the technical direction and execution of full-stack data products and pipelines.
Guide engineers and developers in applying best practices across ELT, pipeline orchestration, semantic modeling, and cloud optimization.
Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability in data delivery.
Oversee data product delivery, ensuring quality, traceability, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
Define and enforce standards for data quality, lineage, validation, and monitoring.
Collaborate with data infrastructure and architecture teams to develop and follow company standards and best practices.
Partner with Product Owners to align user stories and backlog items with technical capacity and architecture principles.
Work with general and regional teams to scale platform capabilities and innovate in data delivery.
Coordinate with Cloud and Security teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in cloud and infrastructure design.
What We Are Looking For




Strong experience in cloud-native architecture, preferably GCP.
Deep understanding of data platforms, APIs, and scaling.
Proficiency in data pipeline orchestration frameworks.
Knowledge of data governance, quality control, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD in data environments.
Experience leading large tech teams across regions and functions, such as data engineers, architects, and BI developers.
Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale data products.
Business-oriented with a hands-on technical background.
Excellent communication, influence, and team development skills.
Strategic vision with the ability to lead through complexity.
Organizational influence and negotiation skills.
Business-centric thinking combined with technical depth.
