- Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on product family processes.
-- Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
-- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
-- Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
-- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-- Experience with ERP systems and their role in manufacturing operations.

- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
