Attention and follow-up to cases that require personalized attention. Review, control and carry out strategies that lead to compliance with the established objective. Provide continuity to skill growth to the customers. Periodically present results and action plans. Identify opportunities and participate in projects that allow us to achieve the mission, vision, values,
