The Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Campaign Execution) is the driving force behind seamless campaign execution. You’ll ensure influencer campaigns across You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, and podcasts run smoothly, on time, and with precision. From coordinating deliverables to managing deadlines and troubleshooting challenges, you thrive in the details and take pride in flawless execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track - Coordinate with influencers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless execution - Track and review influencer content for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with campaign guidelines - Troubleshoot and resolve executional challenges as they arise, keeping campaigns running smoothly - Maintain meticulous records of campaign progress, approvals, and post-campaign reporting - Ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time, with a high standard of quality - Identify and implement process improvements to make execution more efficient
