**Requirements**:
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience working as a Pricing Manager or in positions with similar activities in the logistics field, specifically in the ground forwarding industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous positions.
- Proven experience in pricing management, particularly in the ground freight or logistics industry.
- In-depth understanding of the freight forwarding industry, including knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and key players.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field. Master'sdegree is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, motivate,



and develop a high-performing pricing team focused on ground freight services.
- Collaborate with senior management to set realistic pricing targets and monitor performance against goals.
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable prices, quality, and delivery terms. This often involves balancing cost savings with supplier reliability and service.
- Managing the procurement of goods and services according to organizational needs. This includes issuing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, and managing inventory levels.
- Developing, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms. This includes addressing any issues or disputes that arise during the contract lifecycle.
