We are looking for an **Application Scientist** to join our team. The Application Scientist will provide technical assistance to internal and external customers through excipient formulation, custom blending, prototyping, and troubleshooting small scale and commercial trial batches.
**What you’ll do**:
- Lead technical discussion with customers and account managers. Recommend optimal product selection based on customers desired target markets and associated regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate communications between the customer and Sensient’s Regulatory Department.
- Travel to customers research and manufacturing sites to promote and support the use of Sensient products.




- Experience in development cosmetic prototypes such as color cosmetics, toiletries, sun care, skin care, hair color and care products.
- Desirable that has some knowledge or experience in home care products as well
**What you’ll bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in general science or cosmetics science or equivalent education. A minimum of five years of experience in the industry and management experience preferred.
- An enthusiastic and creative
