Overview
Contribute to the TDW finance team by performing corporate accounting activities and participating in the establishment and monitoring of accounting policies and procedures. Financial Accountant will perform a variety of accounting functions and other projects as requested.
Key Responsibilities
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Performs a variety of accounting activities
- Responsible for the preparation of annual audit schedules.
- Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures and local legal requirements.
- Participates in special projects, such as internal audits, as the need arises.
- Seeks ongoing feedback,



and actively participates in setting personal objectives in line with team objectives.
- Assist at the Finance Manager
- Develops and contributes to a positive team dynamic to ensure high performance.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement process within the team.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Experience with ERP's
- Experience in accounting
- Excel experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to develop technical accounting skills
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- Ability to understand overall business operations and perform analytical reviews.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to understand overall business operations and perform analytical reviews,
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team and with all levels of employees.
- Must be able to speak Spanish and English
